Cargo reaches the rest of the world through 40+ partner offices and an agent network in 80+ countries, strongest on the USA, UK and Europe lanes, then Australia, Japan, East Africa and the Gulf. We are an Indian operator with real partners abroad, not a multinational — and the Indian leg, the one that most often goes wrong, is entirely ours.

Do you handle freight management services at Nhava Sheva?
Yes. Nhava Sheva (JNPT) is our home gateway. Vessel-space booking, shipping documentation, customs formalities and CFS coordination are all handled in-house, by a desk that has worked India’s largest container port daily, from an office 40 minutes away.
Do you book ocean freight for exports from India?
Yes. FCL and LCL space is contracted directly with the major lines out of Nhava Sheva (JNPT) and Mumbai Port. We collect from your factory on our own trailers, stuff and seal at your gate, file the shipping bill, and deliver the container to the port before cut-off.
Do you handle both FCL and LCL shipments?
Yes. We handle FCL in 20 ft, 40 ft and 40 ft high-cube (HC) containers, and LCL through consolidation. Shipments go mainly from Nhava Sheva (JNPT), and also from Mumbai Port and Mundra.
Can you handle imports from origin port to my factory?
Yes — one invoice from origin to gate. Our partner office books and consolidates at origin, the cargo sails to Nhava Sheva or Mumbai Port, our desk files the Bill of Entry, and our own trailer carries the container to your factory anywhere in India.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to the USA (including inland points such as Chicago and Nashville), the UK, Europe (Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany and France), Australia, Japan and the Far East, East Africa (Kenya and Tanzania), the UAE and Middle East, and Latin America — and to 80+ countries worldwide through our agent network, except embargoed countries. Our biggest export lanes are the USA, the UK and Europe, followed by Australia, Japan and East Africa.
Do you own trucks or subcontract the road leg?
We own them. More than 150 trailers, tankers and 20–40 ft container trucks, maintained by our own workshops and dispatched 24×7. Nearly every forwarder on this lane subcontracts the road leg, and the Indian road movement is where consignments most often go wrong.
Do you handle air freight as well as ocean?
Yes. Air uplift is arranged through the Mumbai air cargo complex for urgent, high-value and temperature-sensitive consignments, with the same in-house customs desk handling the documentation and our own vehicles running the pickup and delivery.
