The content of this website — service descriptions, fleet figures, images and articles — is provided for general information about Badshah Group’s services. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not by itself constitute a contractual offer.
Quotations
A quotation issued after an enquiry is indicative until confirmed in writing by our office. Rates quoted for road transport, customs clearance, crane hire or warehousing are valid for the period stated on the quotation and assume the cargo details, weights and dimensions supplied are correct. Heavy-lift and over-dimensional work is quoted after a site survey.
Carriage and liability
Transportation, clearing and forwarding engagements are governed by the consignment note, contract or bill of lading issued for that shipment, and by applicable Indian law. Liability in any case is limited as provided in those documents and applicable law.
Intellectual property
The name Badshah Group, this website’s design, text and images are the property of Badshah Logistics (India) Private Limited and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of this website.
