Freight Forwarding Between India and the UAE — Export & Import

India ⇄ UAE · India to Dubai Cargo · Nhava Sheva (JNPT) · Mundra · Mumbai Port

India to Dubai cargo,
and UAE to India shipping.

Cargo moves both ways between India and the Emirates. From our desk near Mumbai we book the sea or air space, clear the shipment ourselves, truck it to the port on our own vehicles, and our partners in the UAE complete customs and delivery over there.

One desk for cargo to Dubai — and back

Badshah Logistics (India) Pvt Ltd, an international freight forwarder based at Nhava Sheva (JNPT) near Mumbai, works the Gulf lane every week. Cargo to Dubai goes by full container, by part load or by air, and the same desk looks after pickup, export clearance under our licensed customs broker (CHA) status, the ocean or air leg and, through our partners, UAE customs and the final delivery. We also hold Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) registration, so one transport document can carry a consignment from door to door.

The desk covers

  • Collection on our own trucks
  • Export clearance (CHA)
  • Sea & air cargo
  • Partners for UAE clearance & delivery
  • One document door to door (MTO)

Dubai to India Shipping — Imports

Buying from the Emirates? Our partners collect at the UAE origin and forward the shipment to Nhava Sheva (JNPT). Our clearance desk files the Bill of Entry, handles the duty payment and sees the consignment through any examination, after which our own trailer runs it to your plant, wherever in India it stands. Everything on the Indian side is billed together.

India–UAE Trade Agreement (CEPA)

The Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between India and the UAE has applied since 1 May 2022. It lowers the duty on many goods entering the Emirates, provided the shipment carries a valid certificate of origin. We prepare that certificate with your export documents, so the benefit is not lost at the UAE border, and our partners confirm the landed duty before the cargo leaves India.

Under the agreement

  • Certificate of origin prepared by us
  • Duty benefit checked before sailing
  • Landed duty confirmed by our UAE partners
  • Origin papers kept ready for UAE customs

Transit Time

No honest answer fits every sailing. The clock depends on which vessel takes the boxes, whether the service calls at other ports first, and whether your cargo flies. Schedules are confirmed for each booking before you commit, so your plans rest on the vessel’s own dates rather than a rough average.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short, direct answers to what clients ask us most. Still unsure? Ask us directly.

How do I send cargo from India to Dubai?

Send us the cargo details — what it is, the weight or volume, the pickup city and the delivery point in the Emirates. We collect on our own trucks, clear the export at Nhava Sheva, book the sea or air leg, and our partners in the UAE complete their customs and the delivery. One desk follows it door to door.

Should my cargo go to Jebel Ali or Sharjah?

It depends where the receiver sits. Jebel Ali serves Dubai and suits most cargo; Khalifa Port serves Abu Dhabi; Sharjah works well for the northern emirates too. Air cargo lands in Dubai. Tell us the delivery address and we choose the gateway that shortens the last leg.

Does the India–UAE CEPA reduce duty on my goods?

For many products, yes. The agreement has applied since 1 May 2022 and lowers the duty on qualifying goods, provided the shipment carries a valid certificate of origin. We prepare that certificate with the export documents, and our partners confirm the exact position at the UAE end before the cargo sails.

Do you handle imports from Dubai to India?

Yes. Our partners collect in the Emirates and ship the consignment to Nhava Sheva (JNPT); there our desk completes the Bill of Entry, the duty payment and any examination. Our own trailers then deliver to your factory, and the Indian side arrives as one invoice.

Can I send LCL part-load cargo to Dubai?

Yes. Part loads share a container with other consignments, which keeps the cost sensible for smaller shipments. Full containers and air freight are there when the cargo or the clock calls for them. Send the weight or volume and we will suggest the mode.

Do you ship dangerous goods to the UAE?

Yes, chemicals and other dangerous goods (DG) move on this lane regularly. They travel with an MSDS and a DG declaration in the document set, plus the right packing and markings. Tell us the product early and we will confirm the requirements before booking.
