Freight Forwarding Between India and the Far East — Export & Import

India ⇄ Far East · Japan · Singapore · Korea · ASEAN · Nhava Sheva (JNPT) · Mundra

India to Japan and Singapore,
and the whole Far East.

Cargo runs both ways between India and the Far East under one file: our trucks in India, our export clearance, the ocean or air leg, and partners in Japan, Singapore and beyond for their side. Imports unload at Nhava Sheva and travel home on our trailers.

India to Japan shipping — and every lane east

Badshah Logistics (India) Pvt Ltd puts one desk behind your Far East freight, from Nhava Sheva (JNPT) near Mumbai. Chemicals and vehicles go to Japan; machinery and copper come back; Singapore tranships much of the region’s cargo. Pickup, clearance, booking and delivery run through the same hands, with the destination work handled by our partners. Steady shippers and first-time exporters read from the same page here; the routine is explained once and repeated exactly.

The desk covers

  • Collection in India
  • CHA clearance
  • Ocean & air eastbound
  • Far East entry & delivery via partners
  • Origin proofs for the agreements

Trade Agreements Across the Far East

India holds trade agreements across the region — with Japan since 2011, and with Singapore, South Korea and the ASEAN nations. Each can lower the duty your buyer pays, provided the goods qualify and the proof of origin is right. We check qualification and prepare the proof as part of the export file.

On the agreement side

  • Japan CEPA — since 2011
  • Singapore, Korea & ASEAN covered
  • Qualification checked per product
  • Origin proof prepared by us

Cargo We Commonly Handle

These goods dominate the eastbound and westbound boxes. Regard it as a guide, not a limit. Cargo beyond these headings rides east as well; the lists describe the regular traffic, not the edge of it.

Transit Time

Services east run direct to the big ports and via Singapore or Busan for the rest; the schedule, not the distance, sets the clock. Air freight answers the urgent ones. Every booking carries its confirmed schedule in writing. Frequent departures leave the calendar flexible, and the routing choice is set out for you to approve.

Why the Far East ships with us

Since 1986

Eastbound from Mumbai

Our own fleet hauls the cargo to port, our own licence clears it, and a single partner network answers on the other side of the bay. The chain is short, so the surprises are few. Questions about an origin proof come back answered the same working day.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Short, direct answers to what clients ask us most. Still unsure? Ask us directly.

How long does shipping to Japan or Singapore take?

It depends on the service: direct sailings to the Japanese ports run on one clock, services via Singapore or Busan on another, and air freight on its own. The destination port sets part of the answer. We confirm the sailing schedule with every booking, so you plan on real dates.

Which Far East ports do you ship to?

In Japan: Tokyo, Yokohama, Kobe, Osaka and Nagoya. Beyond: Singapore, Busan in Korea, Port Klang in Malaysia and Laem Chabang in Thailand. Air freight serves the same region. Tell us the destination and we will route through the right port.

Do trade agreements cut duty in Japan or Singapore?

They can. India’s agreement with Japan has applied since 2011, and separate agreements cover Singapore, South Korea and the ASEAN countries. Each lowers duty on goods that qualify, with proof of origin. We check your product against the rules and prepare the proof with the export file.

Do you handle imports from the Far East to India?

Yes. Machinery, electrical equipment, copper, steel and inorganic chemicals are gathered by our partners in Japan, Korea and across the region, and sent on to Nhava Sheva (JNPT). Entry, duty and the road home sit with our own desk — the Indian side on one bill.

Do you ship chemicals and dangerous goods to Japan and South Korea?

Yes. Organic chemicals and DG cargo travel this lane regularly. They need an MSDS and a DG declaration, the right packing and markings, and the correct handling at both ends. Send the product details early so we can confirm the requirements before the booking is made.

Is LCL available to the Far East?

Yes. Smaller shipments share containers eastbound, which suits trial orders and low volumes; full containers and air freight cover the rest. The region sails often, so a part load rarely waits long. Send the weight and volume and we will recommend the mode.
